Emily Doughty

Vice President at Earthsoft

Emily Doughty has a diverse work experience. Emily currently serves as the Vice President at EarthSoft, where they manage client solutions and oversees project managers, systems analysts, developers, and trainers. Emily builds and maintains relationships with major clients, implements strategic processes, and resolves issues. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Training and Marketing Communications at EarthSoft, where they developed and implemented corporate programs and training initiatives and facilitated in-person and online software trainings. Emily also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University, where they conducted field studies, gathered data, and analyzed phosphorus processes in wetlands. Additionally, they worked as a Biology Laboratory Technician at the New York Institute of Technology and as a Furniture Department Manager at Fred Meyer.

Emily Doughty obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School between 2019 and 2021. Their focus of study during their MBA was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Emily earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biological and Ecological Engineering from Oregon State University from 2008 to 2010. Emily completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Science and Economics from 2003 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Emily Doughty has obtained several certifications. These include "Sleep Is Your Superpower" and "Starting a Memorable Conversation" from LinkedIn, both obtained in November and December 2022, respectively. Emily also holds a certification in "Project Management: Preventing Scope Creep" from LinkedIn, obtained in June 2022.
