Celange Beck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and environmental partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at EarthShare since May 2023, Celange previously held the role of Environmental Partnerships Coordinator at MOM's Organic Market and served as Quality Manager at Herbal Revolution, where the implementation of a Quality Control Program was key to preparing for a significant audit. Additional experience includes managing markets at FRESHFARM and overseeing sustainability initiatives at Marriott International, including the development of the Serve 360 sustainability platform. Celange holds an MBA with a focus on Sustainability Studies and a BBA in Business Administration from American University.
