Johannes Lohmann serves as the Executive Director at Pollination, a climate and nature advisory and investment firm focused on achieving a net zero, nature positive future since October 2022. Additionally, Johannes is a Senior Advisor at Future Cleantech Architects, contributing to high-impact innovation in the energy transition, and at Earthacre, working on ecosystem protection and restoration in partnership with indigenous communities. Previously, Johannes held the position of Head of Work and Finance at The Behavioural Insights Team, leading projects on green jobs and finance. Other key roles include Chief Financial Officer and founding team member at Instiglio, Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation, and Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank. Johannes holds a Master of Public Administration in International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematical Social Sciences and Economics from Dartmouth College.
