James LaFlamme has extensive experience in the hospitality and food and beverage industries. Currently serving as an Executive at Earth Vision Bio Solutions since August 2021, James also owns LeFlame Hospitality Consultant LLC, a position held since April 2019. Previous roles include Senior Director of Hospitality at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel from June 2019 to August 2021, Corporate Vice President of Food & Beverage Development at Station Casinos from November 2016 to October 2018, and Director of Food & Beverage at Silverton Casino from March 2013 to January 2017. James's early career includes a significant tenure at Stations Casinos as VP of Food and Beverage from January 1999 to June 2006, where James managed numerous restaurants and bars, and a role as General Manager at Gordon Biersch from 1997 to 1999, where James played a key part in a new location's development. James LaFlamme holds a Master Graduate degree in Leadership from Rapport Leadership International and completed secondary education at Pinckney High School.
