Avital Subay is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Learning & Development Lead at Earnix since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Learning & Development Team Leader at Lotem from December 2017 to January 2022, Project Manager at Tel Aviv Yafo Municipality in 2017, and Team Lead at Ofanim NGO from July 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities encompassed course management and staff training. Additionally, Avital held the position of Kidma Project Manager at Ben Gurion University of the Negev within the Department of Social Involvement from September 2013 to July 2014, and worked as a Training Development Specialist at Matrix, focusing on the Iron Dome system training, from September 2009 to September 2010.
