Ross Howden is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at EarnIn since August 2022, Ross partners with leadership to define and execute financial goals, lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes, and enhance internal financial management. Previously, Ross held senior roles at Coinbase, Ancestry, and Solera, where responsibilities included leading FP&A processes for large organizations, establishing finance business service centers, and implementing enterprise-wide financial systems. With an MBA in Finance from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in History from Brigham Young University, Ross showcases a unique combination of strategic financial expertise and operational leadership.
