Jason Choy is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in information security and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at Earnin since June 2022, Jason has previously held the position of Security Engineer at GoVanguard, where responsibilities included leading security assessments and providing expertise for client engagements. With a background in independent video game development, Jason has created both large and small-scale modifications for high-profile PC games, achieving high user adoption rates. Earlier roles include IT support positions at the NYC Department of Finance, the Office of the Brooklyn Borough President, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting services. Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology from City Tech, CUNY, earned between 2011 and 2016.
