Michael Doo is currently a Staff Data Engineer at Earnest Research, a data innovation company. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Data Engineer at Earnest Research. Before joining Earnest Research, Michael held the position of Senior Software Engineer in Data Engineering at goPuff. Michael also gained experience as a Software Engineer in Data Infrastructure at Verve from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at 410 Labs from 2015 to 2017. Michael's early work experience includes roles as a Big Data Solutions Developer and Information Systems Engineer at Spry, Inc., and as a Jr. Web Developer at Blue Water Media.

Michael Doo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Introduction to Computer Science and Programming" from edX in October 2013.
