Michelle Meilan is currently the Quality Assurance and Communications Director at the Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe. With a background in education, Michelle also has experience as a 3rd Grade Teacher at Conchita Espinosa Academy and as a Teacher at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Meilan holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Barry University and a Master's degree in Spanish Language Teacher Education from Nova Southeastern University.
