Nichole Gonzalez has a diverse background in education and project management, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at the Early Learning Coalition of Hillsborough County since July 2019, including Project Manager, Regional Manager, Quality Improvement Coordinator, and Quality Specialist. Prior to this, Nichole worked for Hillsborough County Public Schools from June 2006 to July 2019 as a District Resource Teacher and teacher. Nichole's career began at the Hillsborough County Water Department, where responsibilities included serving as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant from March 2004 to January 2006. Nichole holds a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from the University of South Florida, completed between 2012 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the same institution, obtained from 2004 to 2006.
