Ruby D. currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ruby D. worked at Health First as a Monitor Technician/HUC, where responsibilities included observing patients' heart monitors and performing EKGs. Ruby D. also gained experience as a Career Advisor I at CareerSource Brevard, providing career assessments and identifying training needs for jobseekers. Previous employment includes over a decade at Publix Super Markets in various customer service roles, where Ruby D. focused on customer assistance, payment processing, and inventory management. Ruby D. holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources from Eastern Florida State College and an Associate of Arts from Broward College.
