Elise Keitz Harlow is a seasoned professional in community development and operations management, currently serving as Vice President of Community Development and Vice President of Operations at Early Learning Academies since January 2018. With experience overseeing 74 locations and a team of over 1,400 employees, Elise drives strategic initiatives, manages operational continuity, and identifies professional development opportunities. Prior roles include Senior Operations Director and Operations Director, where Elise utilized performance data to enhance operational quality and adapted operations in response to COVID-19. Additional experience includes project management and academic support roles at Success Academy Charter Schools and proposal coordination at TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. Elise holds a Master of Arts in Communication Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Pepperdine University.
