Shannan Mudie is an experienced early childhood education professional with a strong background in leadership and management. Currently serving as a Regional Manager at Early Childhood Management Services since August 2014, Shannan oversees over 35 kindergartens and long day care centers in Melbourne while also holding the role of Pedagogical Leader. Previously, Shannan worked as a Team Leader and Educational Leader at the Children's Protection Society, where a pilot project focused on the significance of high-quality early childhood education for at-risk children was implemented. Shannan began a career in early childhood education as a Coordinator at Ivanhoe Children's Community Cooperative, a family-oriented non-profit. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Victoria University and various certifications in workplace training and assessment.
