Emma Forsyth

Emma Forsyth has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of early childhood education and management. Emma is currently working at Early Childhood Management Services (ECMS) as the Head of Pedagogy since July 2023 and previously served as a Practice Coach from July 2020 to July 2023. Emma has also worked at Deakin University as a Casual Academic from March 2020 to February 2021 and as a Site Director for the Early Childhood Professional Practice Partnership project from February 2020 to August 2020. Before that, they worked at ECMS as a Teacher from January 2019 to present and as an Educational Leader/Kindergarten Teacher from January 2015 to January 2019. Additionally, Emma has worked as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Melbourne from January 2018 to present. Emma also has experience as a Sessional Kindergarten Teacher at Clifton Street Kindergarten from January 2014 to January 2015 and at Miramar North Kindergarten from November 2009 to May 2013.

Emma Forsyth received a Graduate certificate in Clinical Teaching and Learning from the University of Melbourne in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Teaching (E.C.E) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Leadâ„¢ Trained in December 2022.
