Kelly Walden is a Policy & Outreach Associate at the Early Childhood Investment Corporation, where responsibilities include co-facilitating the Think Babies Michigan coalition, leading family engagement efforts, tracking early childhood policies, building stakeholder relationships, and developing policy briefs. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Developer at the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity, where course content and training materials were developed, and as an Unemployment Insurance Examiner. Kelly’s academic background includes a Master of Social Work in Organization and Community Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Michigan State University. Additionally, Kelly has held various internships and research positions, demonstrating a commitment to community service and youth advocacy.
