Alicia Guevara Warren currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Early Childhood Investment Corporation, a position held since June 2020. Previously, Alicia held several leadership roles within the organization, including Senior Director of Equity and Leadership and Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy. Additionally, Alicia has been an active member of the Waverly Community School District Board of Education since January 2019, taking on roles such as President, Secretary, and Trustee. Alicia's experience includes participation in the Annie E. Casey Foundation's Children and Family Fellowship from January 2019 to January 2021 and leadership positions at Michigan State University School of Social Work, Michigan League for Public Policy, State of Michigan, Michigan House of Representatives, School-Community Health Alliance of Michigan, Michigan's Children, and Community Economic Development Association of Michigan. Alicia holds a Master of Public Affairs degree in Social and Economic Policy from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Michigan.
