Kathy Eads has a diverse and extensive work experience, primarily in human resources. Kathy is currently the Director of Human Resources at Early Autism Services, where they have implemented employee engagement and career development programs and designed workforce planning tools for rapid expansion. Prior to this, Kathy served as the Director of Human Resources at Brook Furniture Rental, Inc. from 2014 to 2020, where they led organizational design and change management initiatives and provided executive leadership for growth and continuous improvements. Kathy also held the role of President/Human Resource Business Partner at Employee Technology Solutions, Inc. from 1999 to 2015, where they optimized HR functions and oversaw compensation management. Kathy's earlier experience includes roles as a National Healthcare Consultant at Hewitt Associates, a Communications Consultant/Account Manager at Aon Consulting, and a Manager of Benefit Communications at The Quaker Oats Company.
Kathy Eads obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Kathy then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology at the University of Illinois Chicago from 1985 to 1987. In terms of certifications, Kathy Eads has acquired the following: ISCEBS Fellow from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans in October 2021, SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in January 2020, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2012, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in December 2011, and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
