Greg Bowker has a diverse work experience, starting as a Market Research Analyst at Cognisant Research in 2011. Greg then worked as a Junior Researcher at Wall to Wall in 2012. In the same year, they also freelanced as a Sub-editor for both Metro UK and The Sunday Times. In 2012, they joined Cancer Research UK as a Press Officer and later became a Senior Press Officer. In 2016, Greg worked as a Visiting Lecturer at City University London and as a Media Manager (News & Emergencies) at Unicef UK. Greg then became a Media Manager (Research) at the British Heart Foundation in 2017. In 2020, they joined the Earlham Institute as the Head of Communications. Recently, in 2024, they became a Governor at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Greg Bowker received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Biochemical Engineering from University College London in 2009. Greg later pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Science Journalism from City, University of London, completing it in 2012.
