Neil Winstanley is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and Group Operations Director at Eakin Healthcare Group since October 2020. Previously, Neil held the position of Site Operations Manager at Advanced Medical Solutions Ltd, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end supply chain for the Wound Care product line. At Firmenich, Neil held multiple leadership roles, culminating as Vice President Operations for India, the Middle East, and Africa, overseeing perfumery and flavor operations.
