Gillian McAuley currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Eakin Healthcare since September 2022. Previously, Gillian held significant roles including President and Vice President at the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce and Industry from June 2021 to June 2023. Prior to that, Gillian was the Group HR Director at Devenish Nutrition from August 2015 to September 2022 and served as HR Director at Viridian Group from April 2011 to August 2015. Additional experience includes positions as HR Manager at Power NI and Northern Ireland Electricity/Powerteam/SONI, as well as earlier roles in HR and legal consulting. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Director designation from the Institute of Directors, a degree in Personnel Management from Queen's University Belfast, a Bachelor of Laws from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from the University of Toronto.
