Jim Kellogg is an experienced Project Development Manager with a diverse background in technology and project management. Currently seeking new opportunities after concluding a contract role, Jim has served as a Tablet Deployment Project Manager at Eagle Systems, where deployment of Android-based tablet solutions optimized fleet performance. Additionally, Jim has experience managing a 10 GB Fiber Network installation for government projects at JPI and led an IT department for Columbia Valley Community Health, overseeing significant growth and JACHO compliance. Previous roles include IT Tech Manager at HP, interfacing with Microsoft on server contract compliance, and serving as a Systems Engineer at CNS/Bluejay Technologies. Jim holds an Associate’s Degree in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration.
