Dina Johnson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in strategic communication, transition management, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Transition Manager/Associate Analyst at Eagle Ray, Inc. since November 2012, Dina supports the execution of marketing, communications, and outreach efforts within the DOD IC community service transition. Previously, Dina was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, managing strategic and communications training for network transfers, and held the role of Office Manager at Northrop Grumman, where significant improvements in conference room booking were initiated. As President of Accomplishments, Inc., Dina designed and delivered communication skills workshops based on comprehensive needs assessments. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baruch College.
