Jacy Gillum is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems support and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Senior Systems Specialist II at Eagle Mine since July 2016, Jacy provides comprehensive technical support for production systems and infrastructure, managing VMware ESXI server platforms, OSIsoft PI Archiving systems, and various networks and applications. Previously, Jacy worked as a Customer Response Representative at UPHS Marquette DLP from January 2007 to July 2016, where responsibilities included Help Desk support, trouble shooting, and maintenance of a work ticket system. Jacy holds a degree in Electronic Engineering Technology with a focus on digital electronics and computer technology from Northern Michigan University, earned between 1996 and 2002.
