Edmond Adoma Baah is an experienced Underground Geotechnical Engineer currently working at Eagle Mine since June 2022. Prior to this, Edmond served as a Geotechnical Engineer at Piteau Associates Engineering, focusing on geotechnical data collection and open pit slope and waste dump designs. Previous roles include Field Engineer at Geotechnical Consultants, Inc., conducting on-site inspections and testing of various construction materials, and Research and Teaching Assistant positions at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Edmond gained initial industry experience as an intern at Rio Tinto, where responsibilities included slope monitoring and responses, and worked as a Project Engineer in Ghana. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
