Megan Bini, PMP, currently serves as the Director and Federal Operations Lead at Eagle Hill Consulting since November 2014, where responsibilities include project management and oversight of front office activities for federal consulting projects. Prior experience at Accenture from January 2003 to October 2014 includes roles such as Training Development Lead, where oversight of project training materials was provided, and Organizational Change Management Service Introduction Lead, responsible for developing OCM strategies and conducting change impact assessments. Additional positions at Accenture included Technical Writer and Operations/Project Manager, where Megan co-managed a service delivery solution deployment across numerous client sites. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Communications Studies from Towson University.
