Laura Kapelski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people development and career management, currently serving as the Director, People & Culture Lead at Eagle Hill Consulting since July 2016. In this role, Laura oversees firm-wide learning programs and performance management initiatives. Prior to this, Laura held several positions at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, culminating as Associate Director, where Laura co-led the design and delivery of innovative career and professional development curricula for a diverse MBA student body. Laura's early career includes significant roles at George Mason University and Miami University, focusing on career consulting and development for undergraduate and graduate students. Laura holds a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from Miami University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science & Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.
