Carrie Miceli currently serves as the Commercial Industry Lead and the Technology, Media, & Entertainment Industry Leader at Eagle Hill Consulting, where responsibilities include overseeing strategic direction, driving go-to-market initiatives, and managing consulting operations. Prior to this role, Carrie held the position of Managing Director at Deloitte from August 1996 to January 2021, leading client relationships and global alliance efforts. Additionally, Carrie worked as a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Technology service area, focusing on large business transformational implementations within SAP and acquiring expertise in supply chain and customer relationship management. Earlier in Carrie's career, a role as an SAP Consultant at Accenture involved the design and configuration of materials management and production planning modules for manufacturing clients. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington.
