Randal L. has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1998 as a Graphic Designer for Spectator Magazine. In 1999, they became a Self-Employed Graphic Web Designer for Interactive Web Design, Development and Marketing. In 2010, they joined AutoUpLink Technologies as a Business Data Analyst and Senior Solutions Specialist. In 2014, they moved to Lloyd's Fabricating Solutions as an Office Manager, CNC Operator, and CAD Designer. In 2017, they began working at Eagle-Gryphon Games, where they have held the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Creative Director, Marketing Manager, and Event Coordinator.

Randal L. attended the School of Communication Arts from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Graphic Design. Randal then attended Central Piedmont Community College from 2016 to 2017. Finally, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science.
