Michelle Crain has over 20 years of work experience in the golf and hospitality industry. Michelle started their career in 1997 as the Food and Beverage Director at The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch, where they implemented improvements in practices and services and ensured compliance with federal, state, and local laws. In 2012, they transitioned to the role of Tournament and Private Event Sales Director at Eagle Golf, specifically at The Golf Club at Cinco Ranch and Clear Creek Golf Club. In this position, they led the sales, planning, and marketing efforts for golf tournaments, special events, and catering services, building and maintaining relationships with clients and advising management on contracts and agreements. Since 2018, they have been working as a Tournament Director at CBIGG Management, LLC.
Michelle Crain obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Houston-Downtown, which they attended from 1994 to 1999. In 2009, they completed Wine Fundamentals I and II at the University of Houston. Additionally, Michelle holds certifications as a Beverly Clark Certified Wedding/Banquet Professional and is TABC Certified by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
