Lisa Humphrey has an extensive work experience in the food industry. Lisa currently holds the position of Senior Food Scientist at Eagle Family Foods since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Food Scientist at John B. Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they were a FSRA Regulatory Affairs Specialist at PepsiCo from 2015 to 2016. Lisa also worked at Abbott for several years, starting as a Quality Control - Senior Lead Analyst from 2001 to 2012, and then transitioning into a role as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist from 2012 to 2015. In the early years of their career, they held positions as a Food Technologist at The NutraSweet Company from 1989 to 1993, and as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at The Coca-Cola Company from 1987 to 1989.
Lisa Humphrey attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Food Science and Clinical Dietetics.
