Dale Painter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both driving and management. Currently serving as a Professional Driver at 10 Roads Express since June 2016, Dale is responsible for conducting road tests for new drivers, loading and unloading mail containers, and ensuring safe driving practices on highways. Prior to this role, Dale spent over 13 years at Lincare Holdings, Inc., starting as a Technician and advancing to Office Operations Manager, where responsibilities included supervising technicians, planning routes, maintaining vehicles, and overseeing compliance with safety and quality assurance standards. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Law from Friends University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and an Associate of Arts in Business/Marketing from Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley.
