Amir Saber is an experienced professional currently serving as the Plant Manager at Eagle-Chemicals Group since January 2007. Responsibilities include managing production plans across multiple factories, overseeing raw material and end product delivery schedules in collaboration with supply chain management. Amir has previously held roles as Deputy Operation Director and Production Manager, specifically in resin and acrylic production, developing comprehensive production plans and ensuring quality output. Additional experience as a Shift Supervisor includes supervising reactor operations for emulsion products and optimizing production processes. Amir holds an MBA in Chemistry from the Faculty of Science and additional certifications in Lean and Six Sigma from the American University in Cairo, as well as an MBA in Management from the International Business School of Scandinavia.
