Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the manufacturing facility, safety and purchasing departments
  • Conduct safety orientations for new employees
  • Enter data into relevant systems (Microsoft Office, Procore, SiteDocs)
  • Conduct inventory of parts and supplies
  • Run errands as needed
  • Assist with managing database systems, work orders, and purchase orders
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Applicants successful in the interview process will be asked to complete a pre-employment assessment as part of the final hiring process
  • Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
  • Available to work Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Minimum 40 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
  • Familiar with computer systems
  • Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Local or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
