Sherrie Lee Houle-McFadden has work experience in the forestry industry. In 2018 and 2019, they worked as a Silviculture Technician at EACOM Timber Corporation and Rayonier Advanced Materials respectively. In 2020, they held the roles of Woodlands Operations Supervisor and Woodlands Operations at EACOM Timber Corporation.

Sherrie Lee Houle-McFadden earned their degree as a Forestry Technologist with a focus on Wildlife and Forestry Management from Collège Boréal. Sherrie Lee attended the college from 2017 to 2020, completing their education in this field.
