Daniella Arrieta Guillén has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2014 to 2022.

Daniella worked as a Project Manager at Each One starting in November 2022.

From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Junior Consultant at Philanthropy Advisors, providing operational support, business development support, and administration for consultancy missions.

In 2021, they served as a Project Manager at Make.org Foundation, where they helped collect proposals and engage citizens in shaping society.

As the Director of Events & Communications at the Human Development Research Initiative from 2020 to 2021, they organized events and managed social media platforms to promote the think tank's work.

In 2020, they worked as a Project Assistant at Kodiko, assisting in organizing events, reaching out to participants and volunteers, and contributing to the recruitment process.

As a Researcher within the Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights Team at the Human Development Research Initiative from 2019 to 2020, they contributed to the writing and publication of academic articles on inequalities in access to education.

In 2019, they were a Research Assistant at FUSADES, assisting in writing and research for the annual report for the Social Studies Department.

Daniella also gained experience as an intern at Bolsa de Valores de El Salvador in 2017 and at FAO in 2014, where they gained exposure to various departments and projects.

From 2019 to 2022, Daniella pursued a Master's degree in International Public Management at Sciences Po.

In 2018 and 2019, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an exchange student, studying Political Science and International Relations.

Between 2016 and 2019, Daniella studied at Sciences Po, focusing on Social Sciences with a specialization in European and Latin American Studies.

Their secondary education took place at Lycée français Antoine-et-Consuelo-de-Saint-Exupéry, where they obtained their Baccalaureate degree in the Section L field of study, spanning from 2001 to 2016.
