John Duncan is an experienced Project Manager and Technical Engineer at EA Technology, specializing in the delivery of monitoring systems for gas-insulated switchgear and calibration of various instruments within an ISO9001 quality management system since April 2011. Prior to this role, John worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Crown Leisure and as a Mobile Service Engineer at Inspired Gaming Group, focusing on the maintenance and rapid response to faults of gaming machines, while also managing customer interactions and site stock. John holds an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wrexham University and has completed various educational programs in related fields over the years.
