David Pugh has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. David most recently served as the Group CFO at EA-RS Group Ltd, where they were involved in high-growth, private equity-backed operations, overseeing M&A activities, resource scheduling, and finance transformation. Prior to that, they held the position of Group CFO at Horizon Care and Education Group, where they managed the financial aspects of a large organization with multiple divisions and implemented transformational change programs. David also served as NED, Chair of Finance Committee, Investment Committee, and Strategy sub-committee at Leonard Cheshire Group. Earlier in their career, Pugh held Group CFO positions at Nationwide Accident Repair Services Group, CareTech Holdings Plc, and MICE Group Plc, where they contributed to revenue growth, refinancing efforts, and international expansion. David also gained experience at Carillion Plc and PKL Group Plc/Tatung/Manders Group Plc/Courtaulds Plc/KPMG in various financial roles. Overall, Pugh's work experience demonstrates a strong background in finance, strategy, and driving growth for organizations.

David Pugh holds a BSc.ECON.(Hons) degree from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. David has obtained a Fellowship from the Association of Corporate Treasurers in 2022 and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
