Dr. Christopher Penny, P.E. currently serves as the Navy/Marine Corp Senior Program Manager and Business Development at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC since July 2016. Prior to this role, Dr. Penny was the Navy MRP/IR Program Manager at USA Environmental from February 2011 to November 2014, and served as the Head of the Vieques Restoration Program at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) from January 2005 to February 2011. Dr. Penny holds a Doctor of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering and Engineering Management from The George Washington University (2014-2018), a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil with a focus on Water Resources and Structural Engineering from Drexel University, and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering and Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
