Sarah Ruer is a seasoned professional in operations and development, currently serving as the Director of Operations and Development at EA Collective since January 2023. With extensive experience in production roles, Sarah has held positions such as Studio Producer and Director of Process & Development at Studio Sage since October 2020, and various positions at Agency EA starting from 2015, including Producer and Associate Producer. Additionally, Sarah's early career includes roles at Vow & Knot Events, Walt Disney World, Play It Again Sports, and Little Shop of Papers. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Iowa, earned in 2014.
