Tania Ferrari has been with E80 Group since April 2012, initially serving as a Technical Assistant and progressing to Talent Acquisition and Corporate Learning & Development Manager and Academy Manager. In these roles, Tania has contributed to the integration of automated solutions for high-volume manufacturers across various industries and has managed certifications and training for technical staff. Prior to E80 Group, Tania worked at Angi Fashion Design snc in commercial and administrative secretarial positions. Tania holds a Master's Degree in Modern Languages for Communication and International Cooperation from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a Diploma in Linguistic Studies from Liceo Scientifico "Aldo Moro."
