James Kidwell, J.D., CISA has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. James is currently the Vice President of Security & Infrastructure at E4E Relief, where they have been since 2022. Before joining E4E Relief, they worked as a CISO and Enterprise IT GRC Consultant/Practitioner at James Kidwell Consulting from 2017 onwards.

Prior to that, James held the position of Director of Information Security & Governance at Novolex from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the head of global enterprise cybersecurity, information security, IT governance, risk, and compliance.

James'searlier roles include Senior Manager of IT Audit at CHAN Healthcare from 2016 to 2017, Senior Information Systems Auditor at Carolinas Healthcare System from 2011 to 2016, and IT Project Manager at Via Christi Health, Inc. from 2006 to 2011.

James also gained experience in audit and IT management at Cincinnati Bell, where they held the positions of Audit Senior Manager from 2004 to 2006 and IT Manager from 2001 to 2004.

Throughout their career, James Kidwell has demonstrated a strong background in information security, IT governance, risk management, and IT audit.

James Kidwell, J.D., CISA has a strong educational background in law and business administration. From 1997 to 2001, they attended Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Business Administration at Northern Kentucky University. In the earlier years, from 1992 to 1994, James pursued a Bachelor's Degree Program in International Business/Pre-Med at Wichita State University.

In addition to their educational achievements, James Kidwell holds a certification as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) obtained in October 2009 from ISACA (formerly the Information Systems Audit and Control Association).
