Janine Willmers is an accomplished customer service and operations professional with extensive experience at e4 Strategic Pty Ltd, which began in March 2002. Currently serving as the Customer Service Centre Manager since July 2020, Janine has held various roles including National Customer Services Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities focused on ensuring high-quality service delivery across the client base and upskilling internal support staff. Prior to e4 Strategic, Janine managed a team as the KZN Regional Manager at Law Property (Pty) Ltd and provided administrative support at Swift Computer Rentals and Strauss Daly Inc. Janine completed secondary education at Clarendon Girls High School.
