Matt Jones possesses extensive experience in the field of service delivery and technical consulting, currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at e2e-assure Ltd since December 2013, while also taking on the role of Technical Consultant. Prior to this position, Matt held the role of Test Manager at Vodafone for a brief period in 2013, and accumulated significant experience at BT Global Services from 2008 to June 2013, where Matt worked as Test Lead and Integration/Non-Functional Tester.
