Heidi S. is an experienced Lead QA Engineer at E15 Group since October 2021, previously holding roles as Software QA Lead and Software QA Engineer at SSI SCHÄFER. With a robust background in quality assurance, project management, and client support, Heidi has managed project schedules, conducted Factory Acceptance Testing, and actively collaborated with project teams to mitigate risks. Prior to SSI SCHÄFER, Heidi worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Device Solutions and a Client Support Specialist at Terra Dotta, LLC. Heidi's career began at Penn State University, undertaking various roles in the Education Abroad department while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Human Development. Additional education includes coursework in Classics and Ancient Mediterranean Studies from The Athens Centre and further studies at Bloc.
