Nazeem Martin serves as the Chairman of Business Partners since January 2017, actively leading key board committees, including Nominations, HR & Remuneration, and Strategy Review. In addition, Nazeem is a Non Executive Director at Allan Gray Proprietary Limited and Allan Gray Group (Pty) Ltd, overseeing various committees such as Audit and Social & Ethics. Nazeem also holds the position of Chairperson at E Squared Investments and a Non Executive Director role at Allan & Gill Gray Philanthropies Africa NPC. Previous experience includes senior leadership positions at Business Partners, including Managing Director and Deputy MD, as well as roles at the National Department of Public Works and Old Mutual Investment Group. Nazeem Martin's educational credentials include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School and a Master's in Urban Planning from Hunter College.
