Andriy Hryhorash has a long and varied work experience. Andriy began their career in 2002 as a Surveyor for the Western-Ukrainian Geophysics Surveying authority. In 2004, they became self-employed, working as a Freelance Photographer and Financial Consultant. In 2007, they joined Doka ltd. as a Geodetic Department Manager. In 2010, they became a Land Management Engineer for Komplekt - service ltd. In 2013, they started working for System Solutions as a Geodetic Engineer and for Spivdruzhnist Progres Ltd. as Deputy Director. Since 2015, they have been a QA Engineer for QArea and since 2019 a QA Engineer for e-Share.

Andriy Hryhorash began their educational journey in 1986 when they attended School 56 in Lviv and graduated with a high school degree in 1996. Andriy then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Geodesy at the State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' from 1996 to 2001. In 2008, they returned to the State University 'Lviv Polytechnics' to pursue a Master's Degree in Land Management/Development and Cadastre, which they completed in 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they attended KTH and studied Real Estate Development and Financial Services. Finally, in 2014, they attended GO IT and completed a Junior QA Engineer degree in QA/QC.
