Mike Paschke has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Referent Führungskräfteentwicklung / -recruiting at enviaM-Gruppe since May 2012 and as Leiter Kompetenzfeld Reward E.ON Energy Networks since December 2020. Previous roles include Referent Personalentwicklung at Bildungszentrum Energie GmbH from May 2006 to April 2012 and Trainee Personalentwicklung at enviaM-Gruppe from May 2004 to April 2006. Mike Paschke holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree in HR Management and Betriebswirtschaft from HTWK Leipzig and has further qualifications as a Mediator und Konfliktcoach from the Institut für Mediation und Beziehungsmanagement and as a trainer from Neuland Partners.
