Tanja then joined E.ON Best Service GmbH as Leiterin Kundenservice from 2008 to 2013. In 2013, they joined E.ON Energie Kundenservice GmbH as Leiterin Forderungsmanagement, where they stayed until 2018. In 2014, they briefly served as Geschäftsführerin at adebton GmbH before joining E.ON Energie Deutschland GmbH in 2018 as the Managing Director of E.ON Energie Dialog GmbH. One notable achievement in their career was leading the performance program and transformation at adebton GmbH, which involved restructuring and automating the company's debt management.
