Petr Klapka is an IT professional with extensive experience in Service Management and IT operations. Currently serving as an IT Specialist in Service Tooling at E.ON CZ since March 2021, Petr is part of an international team within E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. Prior experience includes roles at innogy Česká republika, where Petr contributed to unifying global Service Management processes through SERVICE NOW, and positions at RWE Group Business Services CZ, where leadership in various projects, including workforce management and ITIL process implementation, took place. Petr's career began in 2001 at Východočeská plynárenská a.s. as a System Specialist. Petr holds a master's degree in Technical Cybernetics from the Czech Technical University in Prague.
