Kateřina Truksasová is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in transformation projects and people operations. Currently serving as an HR Transformation Manager at E.ON CZ since February 2023, Kateřina leads various strategic initiatives including HCM Oracle implementation and employee engagement optimization. Previously, at Avast from April 2017 to June 2023, Kateřina was instrumental in global HRIS implementations, M&A HR integration, and enhancing employee onboarding experiences. Kateřina also held roles as an HR Generalist and HR Specialist, demonstrating expertise in HR operations, data management, and compliance. Holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from the University of Pardubice.
